SYSCOM provides a wide range of products and services to the IT market of the country. However, these are constantly being innovated and improved upon and enhanced to suit customer requirements. We outline below our role in providing outsourced services on behalf of two major partners:
SWIFT SERVICE BUREAU
In August 2005, we were awarded the contract for outsourced marketing/support services by Xchanging Solutions Limited, India for providing SWIFT Service Bureau services in Bangladesh and served 40 Banks up to December 2019. From January 2020 we are serving 8 Banks in Bangladesh through Bottomline Technologies, Singapore. Our Team is providing the remote service related to SWIFT Alliance Access day-to-day operation since January 2020.
